They took care of our luggage, placing it in the room upon arrival and later assisting us in loading it into our car when we checked out. One of the most thoughtful details was the presence of a Qibla direction in the room – a small gesture that meant a lot to us as Muslim guests. What truly made our stay memorable was how they acknowledged our honeymoon – we were welcomed with a sweet handwritten note and a lovely selection of snacks. It was a heartwarming surprise. Honestly, I loved everything about this place. If I ever return to Geneva, I wouldn’t think twice – I’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Genève. The staff was really kind and we got a room upgrade which was amazing since we had more space. The apartment was super spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. The hotel staff is also very kind and they left attentions such as delicious snacks and special tea selection in the room. The apartment is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. the location is perfect - very centrally located and within walking distance from almost anything. We really loved it and would recommend.

Really comfy bed and great pillows, good bathroom. Brilliant staff who always went the extra mile and are available 24/7. Huge TV and daily cleaning, so it's more like a hotel than an apartment. Very clean. Great location minutes from the station and from the lake so very easy as a tourist.

What a wonderful place to stay in Geneva! So luxurious, with amazing staff that made me feel so welcome and comfortable, from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was a delight to deal with. Apartment was wonderful. Great location with lots of places to eat. Lake is just around the corner and the old town is a short and enjoyable walk away. I would stay again, with no hesitation.

The apartment is in a great location with a parking garage right around the corner, if you are driving. There was plenty of space, with a large living room and plenty of natural light with a lot of beautiful windows. The bed was comfortable with some really good pillow options. The kitchenette was compact but it had an oven and a dishwasher if you want to cook some light meals.
